Who do you admire the most?
When I am asked this question, my grandfather comes to mind first.
He passed away 4 years ago at the age of 94 but still guides me to the right direction.
When my sister told him that she is carrying a baby (his first great-grandchild)
he said he hopes for an easy-going baby.
instead, In Japan we often say, we hope for a healthy baby.
But to me, what he said also makes sense.
We better be easy-going sometimes to enjoy our lives.
It is as important as being healthy.
When I struggle or get too serious,
I try to remember this life lesson.
We are here to enjoy our lives.
Thank you, grandpa.
